  2. This house has a pipe organ with a player mechanism (paper rolls like a player piano) in the front hall. I got invited in to take a look when the current owners first moved in. The place was built around 1900 and then burned down shortly thereafter. It was rebuilt using almost no wood, even the door moldings are plaster.

  4. I worked on that place in the 80’s a man by the last name of Costa owned it for a while I believed he worked for DuPont as a scientist
