This is a reminder that the Cape Ann Painters and Photographers Group will meet at “The Annie” on Monday, July 9, at 9AM. Bring your coffee for the coffee 1/2 hour from 9-9:30. The meeting is from 9:30 – 11 with everyone having a chance to “check in” and share what they are doing.

Good Morning Gloucester 
I just thought you would like a little history of the front of the Blackburn Building on the Washington St. side. It was the second home of Calvery Baptist Church. The Pastor was the late Howard Lodge Sr. Inside at the bottom three steps there was a tw seater Shoe Shine Stand , and where Giusseppi’s is now was Teddy Barkhouse Store which was later Captain Bill’s Restuarant.
Accross the street where the new building in was Tally’s Exxo& Mobile Station
