When I was a kid it was on a huge boulder in Stage Fort Park, facing the concession stand. About the time I moved to New Hampshire, 1969, it had disappeared. I hope it’s back where it was originally.

Stage Fort Park! When my children were small we were walking by it one day my young son asked quite innocently “Does that mean us?”. Yes, my husband’s family is directly descended from the Roger Conant named on the plaque!!

Well this one obviously wasn’t tough, and everyone who goes to Stage Fort Park is very observant. Anonymous #2 gave the most accurate answer – it is on Tablet Rock in Stage Fort Park.
