Good Morning Gloucester 
We have a 10 pot license and no winch. I have a real healthy respect for every lobstermen that has or still pulls pots by hand. I’m really in awe of those brave lobstermen and women that take on the elements everyday to bing in the bugs. They are truly tough Americans and come from hardy stock!
