Joey, you forgot one option…a mysterious message from the heavens…what’s the message? don’t know, that’s the mystery! 🙂
I love these polls. Love the mysterious picture too–looks like the sky is alive with energy. But, I would guess its a dirty windshield combined with a malfunctioning cell phone camera!
It could be a mysterious message from the heavens, but without the ability to interpret the message it is nothing more than a cell phone picture. I like the alive with energy comment. It could be the way your camera is picking up the ocean surf mist (was it windy or rough surf when you took it?). It could be microbe aliens invading Shore Drive. Now there is a story.
I don’t remember the surf conditions, but the night was clear, and the moon was out. That is in fact the moon in the middle…just not sure about the “stars.” 🙂
1) The night of April 19 the dew point was 40F and the temp dropped to 41 F by 10:30PM.
2) Magnification shows each spot is a “smile” which denotes light from the streetlight passing through a water droplit and a shaky camera.

Floodlight on that house next to the pier? Taken on a rainy night?

No this was past the pier and it was not raining, but as Jack mentioned above, there may have been mist coming off the ocean.
