Thought the Throwdown was incredible. Passports cooked the Blue fish to perfection and the couscous was to die for. Also the Dishes from Dogbar were visually stunning and delicious. A good time had by all.

Are we fortunate or what? To have all of these wonderful choices for restaurants run by folks generous enough with their time to come down to support the fishermen, show off their skills, and raise a little money to help folks down in the Gulf, too. I heard yesterday that the bluefish is best if bled right after catching, does that mean more than just cleaning it right away?
Joey, thank you for all of your ongoing contributions and coverage! Sandy
