Great Action!!! That’s what living in New England is all about this time of year. I have been living on Stripe Bass fish cakes with lots of garlic, and fennel seeds with parsley, itailan bread crumbs. I like it with mash patatoes and beans. I make a whole batch of ’em, and put the rest in the frig. Use them to munch on. Like ’em cold too. By the way, isn’t it best to take the rubber band off the lobsta before cooking.
