My View of Life on the Dock
The definition of a ‘bomb cyclone’ is one that drops in pressure by at least 24 millibars in 24 hours or less. As this storm intensified, the central pressure dropped to a new record for lowest pressure during October in our area.
It was incredible around 1:00 on Thursday. The photos are a little shaky since I was almost taking flight.
Trees down, wires hanging, extremely windy, cable out but the ocean certainly does not disappoints.

On Saturday the waves were so amazing, plus the sun and blue ocean.

The ocean on Monday had the feel of fall.
Sun out, wind and waves.
On Friday even though it was a little dreary, the ocean was certainly showing off her power on the Back Shore.
Monday on Shore Road the ocean was singing a song and the waves were coming in beautifully. All of a sudden I noticed rainbows on top of the waves.
Wild sea and atmospheric light made for some dramatic scenes this morning.
