        I do have some ideas on the trash issues I will post here:. I can say closed containers are a plus (We have issues with disposal area’s as they cities removed many former receptacles – so what to do is another factor to complete circle follow carry in carry out here!

        These lessons have to be taught from childhood foundation and carried through to adulthood. Using myself as an example dropped a popsicle wrapper on stairway to our house Washington street Lanesville at 3 years old. Mom observation and communication to Dave. Is that where that goes um no…Well then put it were it does! “One must remember also children or younger folks look to adults for an example or guidance, set a good one for them to follow mentorship/guidance. Actions we see may become both good or bad habits later on the path of life!

        Also this is from our way older article and I can tell you that it’s a bit one sided I lived here this way for 30 years and this is not just a Military or GI problem but all nationalities problem included local populace native!

        Sources for examples take as information for potential ideas?

        S. Korean cities want off-base GIs to obey trash laws (2010) Article older has this gotten better yes and no depending upon location and enforcement = compliance…Manpower and $$$ budget do affect this also.
