  1. Wow – snapping turtles are cool snipingly so and very prudent to have the rake between you and turtle careful!! Oh Chuck Berry’s my-ding-a-ling song comes to mind quoted. “Thankfully there were none in “Deep Hole” quarry in our days 60’s, had no bathing suit on then policy of owner Walker Hancock. Now the mosquitoes or gnats got a bit aggressive as dusk was closing in or shady parts of the quarry…What a place even had the diving board down by where the trash cans were located close to pathway to quarry…
