I remember that walk up window at the bank..and shopping at Bell Shop and Adasko’s …Old Mrs. Adasko’s had a chair by the door where she watched shoppers with an eagle eye…

Who could forget these great times – and looking so good too!! Woolworths, Texaco Station, and right out of Steve McQueen’s movie (Not quite but close), Michel’s Cape Ann Diner think it was on Elm and Main Street! We ate here for our burgers and fries after a movie at cape Ann theater! Also had a joke shop on main in this area too, buy the firecrackers black cats, cherry bombs, and M80’s (60’s then) and other items gags etc! Dave 🙂
