One more sad example of people who think wild animals are pets.

It’s probably an orphaned cub that has been raised in captivity by humans it’s whole life. Lots of places like that in Finland, Norway, etc. Totally different than when Timothy Treadwell was killed by bears in the wild. That guy totally had a few screws loose.
