  1. Congratulations Leslie. The Illuminations Exhibit at the Yawkey Center is a great place to exhibit your work. They do a very nice job with the reception, and many people who are in a most challenging time in their life get to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the artwork. I sold a piece when I exhibited there years ago to a woman who was at the Center every few days with her husband having treatment for his cancer. Whether you sell a piece, or just know that your work brought some level of comfort to people going through a rough time, it is a wonderful experience.

  2. Congratulations Leslie. E.J. is right, Illuminations is a great program. Illuminations shows at MGH Danvers and Boston. Others from Cape Ann and Rocky Neck have had the honor to exhibit there. I saw Dave Piemonte’s work at MGH Danvers. MGH Boston includes Art Therapy in their Integrative Therapies program. Part of creating ‘healing space’ and providing greater comfort, calm and inner peace for patients and their families.
