Liz: sweet potato and potato “zoodles,” baked with Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper. The salad was shredded Brussels sprouts and kale salad with sliced almonds and grated Parmesan cheese with a lemon Dijon vinaigrette (so freaking good). Tuna sandwich was made with Sweet bread from Zekes. I’ll post recipies tomorrow! So happy I found that salad recipe!!

When I was a kid ~ Kale was a four letter word! now I love it ~ I cook it ~ drink it and eat it raw. Paring kale with chopped sweet potato ~ yum! Lucky you Joey 😉
