Good Morning Gloucester 
Donna this is such a vital area – we have come a long ways but still have some folks taking shortcuts with the long term future! I used to see that on mesas out west heartbreaking! I went out there to get away from it all only to see old furniture, tires, paint cans and who knows what else…Many times cleaned up but a bad wind tends to blow back across the same route! Fines there for this type stuff is very stiff and for a good reason! Thanks! 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
