So what is it doing there? It has been there for a couple of days now. There is no more coal plant in Salem. What else do we get bulk? Road Salt?

The ship brought soil from Canada that will be used to raise the level of the property at Salem Harbor. This is part of the construction process for the new plant being built there. I think this is the third ship full of soil so far.
