Just a guess but I think the snow will head to our basement right after it rips the gutters off the house.
I’m starting to wonder why I had roof shingles sticking out of the drifts after the first storm. Good news! I can’t see them anymore. 🙂

I am thinking basement too Paul–time to make sure the pumps are working properly!
Stay warm and I hope you are not having to travel with work.

I know the water is already two feet deep down there but the furnace is on the ceiling. I’m thinking of raising koi. But I can’t even check since there is a ten foot rime snow drift on top of those cellar doors.
Going to the lab tonight to “check on the pumps.” I’ll take a photo of Fenway Park. But the good news is that work is also sending me to Marco Island in fifteen days. If Logan is shut down I am driving. Or walking is an option. I’ll crawl out of this state to see a place with no snow.
