Melt down #3 or 4 or……………………..
Someone Wanted to know how many times I quit GMG This year. So far none, which is surprising. So far the medications working. The question reminded me of this video I did with a typical monthly pep talk Joey would give me.
This is a typical sunday morning chat/pep talk I’d have with joey about every 3 weeks back then.
it may be a little exaggerated . but not by much.

Unfortunately Frank, You’re right! I warned him what he was getting himself into when he asked me to join GMG. I’m thinking he’s regretting it now. We all need a cross to bear. I’m Joey’s. 🙂

Thanks for the post -Say how you feel that is what good about the video…Truth. My friend used to put his phone hard line in the refrigerator – not recommend for cell phones or Ipads ETC…Business cards made up (The Impossible done daily)! Good job with GMG! A tune that has some nice words pictures spoken from within – you don’t realize how much you miss something until you don’t have it anymore!
