You tell the best stories Fred and almost always with a happy ending or at the very least an optimistic twist – this one was certainly a happy ending story!

We all need to hear stories with happy endings. If I can make one person smile, I have succeeded. Thanks James.

I agree that your fun stories seem endless. And I love the bride’s green tennis shoes. What a fun day that must have been!

I don’t go looking for these stories Sharon. They just come over the transom. I didn’t attend the wedding, but managed to cobble together a story from cell phone photos that the three sisters had taken and a couple of my own when they visited. This was a first for me. Technology has come a long way. I learned to type on manual underwoods. Calculator? We used slide rules. Cell phones? We only had rotary dial MA Bell telephones. I may not be an A student, but I know one and one is two. You all know the rest.

I think this story, about Americans and other residents of the world, not related to me, but perhaps brethren in spirit, exemplify what I’m doing on my FB and GMG.
