The sunrise was awesome this morning, the clouds were so cool. Great shots, thanks. I noticed the moon last night was really cool, too, shrouded in clouds, hoping someone got a shot of that, too!

Yes I noticed that too–above the clouds were puffy and silvery reflecting the moonlight, in the east they were dark and brooding, and in the west gold and orange–gorgeous all!

Thank you Mary for saying so! I am filming much in that area and almost didn’t get this shot because I was so engrossed with my movie making.

Excellent work there from the spirit within – sure makes the pain of the past lift like the clouds. Dad was a Korean War vet who suffering from PTSD. In a better place now!
When your 6-7 years old -you don’t understand this I do now!
Another Try by America
Hey, daddy just lost his pay
What did he do it for
It never made it through our door
He drank the whole week away
And what can a family say
There must be a better way
Now mama don’t start to cry
Let’s give him another try
Pick up the telephone
Tell him you want him home
To sit and watch the evenings pass
And readin’ the leaves of grass
I’m caught in a closing door
It’s pinning me to the floor
Now mama don’t start to cry
Let’s give him another try
I’m caught in a closing door
It’s pinning me to the floor
Now mama don’t start to cry
Let’s give him another try
When we’re old and gray
And the things we say are the things we really mean
So why cause a scene
When things ain’t what they seem
’cause the end result’s the same
Now what can a family say
There must be a better way
Now mama don’t start to cry
Let’s give him another try

Thank you Dave for more poignant songs lyrics to think about. I am so sorry your Dad and you had a rough time of it.

Thanks Ms Smith (Kim), it was a rough childhood at times – dad fought the war in the bottle and we were the enemy at times…Took me a while to forgive that’s where music and other’s came into play. Here is the song link thought I put it in but missed it…Ended in divorce for safety of family things got a little to violent and thank god for the Gloucester PD/ and the judge. 🙂 I forgive him now but was not always that way!
