  2. Last night during the parade of lights, a huge flock of gulls were disturbed by the canons being shot off and flew over Marine Railways where we were watching from. We all looked up, but immediately decided that wasn’t a very good idea. Bad enough on your head, but in your eye!
    I hope the opening reception was great yesterday – there were too many people down here for me to close up and come over, although I did send people your way.
