“Melen” (Mary Helen) Landergren found one of Paul’s ArtRocks by Good Harbor Beach in September. For Christmas, she gave it to Nancy Silva, her best friend of 38 years, who had long wanted an ArtRock. MH is also married to Don called D, Nancy’s brother, and their son was one of the unsuccessful videotaped searchers looking for the rock hidden at Capt. Joe & Sons that Patti Keenan’s husband found (if you remember that incredibly funny video, featuring some historic Ed Collard footage). It has been a family mission to find an ArtRock. They came to Mug Up Sunday so they could meet the famous Paul Frontiero, Jr. and thank him in person. I love stories with happy endings, don’t you!
