Founded in 1982, MEE has come to represent the highest standards of musical performance artistry as well as a strong dedication to community outreach. Its Concert Series, which runs from June through October, features extraordinary musical artists performing in some of the area’s most beautiful and distinctive settings. MEE is known for creative programming that ranges from the Baroque period to innovative 21st century compositions, and for concerts that combine rarely performed works with more familiar and traditional pieces in the chamber music repertoire. Carolyn Jundzilo – Beginners Plein Air, Oil – August 4th & 5th from 1-4pm.
John Caggiano – Creating Depth En Plein Air, Oil – August 15, 16 & 17 from 10am – 4pm.
Shelly Eager –Pushing Color, Pastel – August 17, 18 and 19 from 10am – 4pm.

NSAA’s historic old building, located at 11 Pirates Lane in East Gloucester, provides the opportunity to view one of the largest collections of paintings and sculpture on Cape Ann.
North Shore Arts Association is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sundays from Noon to 5pm. In addition to exhibitions, NSAA offers demonstrations, adult, teen and children’s workshops, lectures, a live art auction on August 11 and more.
