Community Stuff Wednesday

Hi Joey,
I was hoping you would include my little blurb – maybe in your Thurs, Fri or Sat letter. Would really appreciate it. Photos attached.
TIN CAN SALLY has ‘GONE FISHIN’! Tin Fish, tin lobsters, tin crabs, tin mobiles – a veritable tintinnabulation of tin sea life. ‘GONE FISHIN’ demonstrates a creative reuse of an everyday material in a fun, whimsical manner. The show runs from April 21 through May13 at Local Colors Artists’ Cooperative, 121 Main Street, Gloucester, MA. Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10-6 pm.

Hey Joey C–
Josh here from Geeks Who Drink.
We’re a live-hosted pub quiz company launching a quiz May 9 in Gloucester, and we’re looking to hire a quizmaster. You seem really connected. Surely, you must know someone interested. Open mikers? Would love any assistance.
We’ll be in town next soon auditioning performers to host the quiz, and I was hoping you could give me some advice on finding folks. It’s a weekly, paid gig — cash and a bar tab — and a great way to get comfortable on a mic and own a room. Comedians, improv folks, actors, radio DJs, roller derby announcers all make great quizmasters. Anyone who is, or imagines themselves to be, a performer.
We’re launching our quiz soon at the Cape Ann Brewing.
Below I’ve pasted the link to a YouTube video that explains what it means to be a quizmaster, as well as a link to the online application. If you could share the video and application (social media rules!), it would be much appreciated. Also, if you can recommend other ways to reach out to people, I’d love that.
