R&W most certainly has representation on our menu here at Alchemy. They are represented on our house cocktail menu, and pretty recently we did a joint event with them at the Cape Ann Museum high-lighting their rye in two different old school cocktails side-by-side with Bob and Kathy. We select spirits for different cocktails based on their unique flavors and how those flavors will lend themselves to compliment the other flavors within a drink. These spirits were selected based on this criteria, and certainly not to snub a local distiller who we’ve carried here since they started distilling in Gloucester. So next time you’re in Alchemy whether its a Knockabout Gin gimlet or a Dirty Beauport Martini, a Folly Cove Pain Killer or a R&W Rye Sazerac, we’ve got you covered.
Cheers,
Matt
