“Lions Play with Cub” – several lionesses tolerate and try to ignore a cub who seems intent on playing with them.
The OUT OF AFRICA exhibit will show scenes from Africa – from landscape to wildlife, as captured by photography, pastel and oil by artists Judith Monteferrante, Roger Salbury and Rich Seeley; whose private African safari this summer took them to the Masai Mara during the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the natural wonders of the world, with dense populations of predators. Highlights include their visit to Lake Nakuru with its large flamingo and pelican population, big cats (lions, leopards and cheetah) at the Samburu National Park and elephants at the Amboseli National Park in the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro.
