Joey, you take amazing photos. I’m about to buy a new camera…would you mind sharing what camera you use, for those of us who want some ‘professional’ advice. You have commented in an earlier Coast Guard video cast that the camera you use is small and easy to use. Looked like just what I’m looking for.

I currently use a Sony DSC H20. I love it and to date haven’t found a camera that I can so easily pocket and at the same time utilize a 10 times zoom. The Canon powers s95 is an incredible small camera. It takes better photos than my Sony due to its dslr sized sensor but it only has a 5 times zoom. I can’t get across the harbor with that so even though it takes better up close photos, it doesn’t get me that rare bird from afar.
If you want a city camera that you can pocket I recommend the canon powershot s95. If you want a camera that can be put in your picket and has a decent zoom Id get the Sony DSC HV9X(the updated version of the camera I use.
For a little more money and slightly bulkier the Panasonic GF1 is a small interchangeable lens camera that takes great pictures as well as video. Our Marty shoots with one.
