More Coyotes On Eastern Point Photos From Tom Janis #GloucesterMA

Joey,
Hi.  I appreciate Good Morning Gloucester!
Here are 4 coyotes walking through my backyard (Brace Cove in the distance) just now.  I wonder how they’re surviving.
Best,
Tom Janisimage

I took this with my iPhone so not great quality, but here are 4 coyotes walking through my backyard just now (Brace Cove behind).
Enjoy Good Morning Gloucester!  Thanks.

Joey,
Hi!    Here they are again this morning.  All four were on the rock, in the sun, but it took too long for my phone to power on, but I was able to catch the last one crossing the rock.  I’m pretty sure I know where their den is now (and they really worry me because I have a dog).  I see them every day!
Best,
Tom Janis

Tony’s Magnolia House of Pizza Fire Photos From Donna Ardizzoni

The four kids on bikes, Colby Rochford, Bryce Rochford, Dylan Rochford and Andrew Litteman were the guardians of Magnolia today. Early this morning while riding their bikes, they saw smoke coming from the basement and immediately went over the firehouse to report this. Smart kids and they should deserve a big thank you. Also if you would like to donate to the fire fund, please go to The Magnolia Historical Society’s website www.magnoliahistoricalsociety.com . Please refer to the firefund.

Hi Joey,

The Parade of Sails and Schooner Race were magnificent as viewed from the Schooner Adventure.   We had a couple of Sea Scouts aboard helping with the lines and a great variety of past and present Adventure supporters.   Capt. Stefan Edick and crew did a magnificent job and were delighted with the 2nd place finish in such an esteemed field.   Here are a few of photos of our day.

Hi Joey,

My name is Gordon and I’m a fine art photographer specializing in New England. I thought your readers might be interested in the images from my recent photo shoot around Cape Ann. I’ve created a collection of them with a vintage vibe that I used to try to capture the kind of romance and nostalgic atmosphere of Cape Ann’s fishing community.

I love your blog and follow your updates on Facebook, and I would be thrilled to have some of my photos of Cape Ann featured on it.

Here is the link to the Cape Ann photo set.

Hi Joey,

I was aboard the Adventure as she joined the Lannon, Ardelle, Coast Guard boats and others to welcome the Coast Guard Barque Eagle to Gloucester on Friday.

She is a beauty!    I hope everyone has an opportunity to see the Eagle while she is in port.  Captain Stephan Edick took the helm for our spectacular sail.  Here are

some photos of our day aboard the Adventure including the newly renovated fo’c’sle, We had some youngsters eagerly helping to hoist the sails and man the helm. 5

Enjoy the Schooner Festival!

Photos from Beauport Princess Dinner Cruise – May 31, 2014

Hi Joey,

My wife, Tricia, and I enjoyed a cruise on the Beauport Princess tonight. I thought Good Morning Gloucester readers might be interested in some photos from the cruise (including one of Captain Joe and Sons). It was a three hour sunset cruise with a buffet dinner (prime rib, haddock, ravioli, and more) and dancing. What a fantastic value!

Best regards,

Frank McCall
