great idea to run a public landing series. there is a brochure listing of public landings on the city’s harbor master site. however, I do not believe this is the public landing side of the pier. the right side of the pier is where there is a pick up and drop off for the public, right in front of where the larger harbor master’s boat is docked. the small harbor master whaler, the police boat and the city sailing whaler dock on this side.
