Our good friend has recently opened two new businesses on Cape Ann.

Body in Balance Pilates and Soul Expressions….gifts to nurture the soul both located at 144 Main Street in Essex. Great location, plenty of parking, beautiful new studio, unique and affordable gifts. It really is fantastic. Folks should check it out. I worked for Jane for ten years at her great pre school Lil’ Sprouts which is right down on Scott’s Way also in Essex. She is a great person.
