I’m telling you right now- he is THE GUY you should call,if your computer is sluggish he can come in, tune it up and it will be the best money you ever spent on a computer.

Call Tim at 978-886-4624 for your computer repair needs!

Coast Guard Blaine Gallagher proposes to his girlfriend, Sarah Morris, in front of Motif #1 in Rockport Harbor- Photos From Brianna Moore

“Coast Guard Blaine Gallagher proposes to his girlfriend, Sarah Morris, in front of Motif #1 in Rockport Harbor. Gallagher pulled his boat up behind Bearskin Neck to surprise Morris at work. When she came out to say hello, Gallagher got down on one knee and pulled out the ring in front of her friends and Gallagher’s crew.”

Reward Your GMG Contributors By Leaving A Comment For Posts That Interest You

Below is a screen shot of what you will see if you click on the title of any GMG post.

I changed the text from “Leave a comment” to “Leaving a comment rewards the author of this post- add to the discussion here”

It may be a little wordy but I think it helps remind folks to become part of the GMG community instead of just sitting on the sidelines.

I know that the GMG contributors appreciate your positive feedback and to know that you enjoy the hard work they put in to bring you the best of our community.

Thanks

Julie At K9 Kuts Dog Grooming and Dog Boutique

Those that know me know that I am not a dog person in the least.  Even the smallest,  cleanest most well behaved dogs do not appeal to me.  I’m happy for those of you like my sister Felicia who have become fond of dogs.  I just don’t get the attraction.  But anyway, sister Felicia had been telling me that I needed to get in to do a piece on K9 Kuts for a little over two years now.

Because of my perception of dogs and places that house dogs as smelly it wasn’t high on my priority list.

Boy was I wrong.  This place is like a dog spa.  It’s fancy.  It’s clean.  And it even smells nice.  All of my preconceived notions about dog grooming have been shattered with this one visit.  Check out the video tomorrow!

On The Wall art show at The Annie tonight!

Young Artist of the Week: Leon!

This week’s young artist is Leon, shown above as a part of Art Haven’s summer programs. Leon has done everything from clay to mermaid robot building, but most notably created an incredible squirrel painting and poem! In Picturing Poetry with Aja Heussi, he created a poem about the intricacies of squirrel life:

Squirrels eating nuts
in a hole in a tree.
Squirrels bushy butts
and a squirrel sees a bee.

Squirrels are crazy
Squirrels are fat
Squirrels are rambunctious
They’ve caused trouble in the past

Squirrels are mammals
Squirrels have sharp claws
They can’t see when they’re babies
When they have little paws

I love squirrels
I love them a lot
They are so funny!
But when they bite, they’re not.

-Leon Calvo

If you know of a young artist that should be featured here, email dawn.gadow@gmail.com  with a short description and a photo of some of their work!
