Public Auction of Folly Cove Estate Items & More – Sept 7, 6pm.

There will be a Public Auction of a Rockport MA, Folly Cove  Estate & other Cape Ann Estates, Saturday, September 7th, 1 Kondelin Rd. Gloucester, MA (in the Cape Ann Industrial Park) 6pm – Inspection is 4-6pm on the day of the sale.
Cape Ann Auction didn’t hold an auction in August, but it’s not because  they’re sitting around!  They’ve been very busy, here’s what they’re up to.
They’ve moved their entire operation and booked an auction for September 7th, next Saturday in their new auction hall at 1 Kondelin Rd. To give you an idea of what this will mean, they moved from a 1,500 square foot location at 17 Kondelin Rd. to this 10,000 square foot location!
In the past decade, they’ve run auctions at rented halls and at their own small hall 17 Kondelin Rd. During this time, they’ve warehoused many of their best finds for future auctions, hoping to feature them when they found a permanent, more suitable location. #1 Kondelin Rd. is just what they’ve needed to grow. They’ll sell many of these items and other estate contents such as the Rockport MA Estate in the September 7th auction next Saturday. This auction will feature Nautical antiques, Duck Decoys, Historical items and much more!
In the near future, Cape Ann Auction has so much stock, it will run about least every two weeks for a while. So look forward to 2 auctions a month instead of the regular 1 auction per month, at least for a while.
They also hope to run other special events related to the auction business at this location.
There’s plenty of parking and tons of treasures! To see pictures of items in the upcoming auction and get details on future events, go to www.capeannauction.com

Saturday SUP’ing in the Harbor From Michael Sacca

Hi,
Pat D posted some photos of the Harbor scene on Saturday including some people of SUP’s enjoying the schooners. That was me taking pictures on the SUP.
I know you must be schooner’ed out but here are a few I took from the SUP that day. All taken with a cheap waterproof camera whole on the SUP. Let me know if you have any questions. Feel free to post them if you would like.
