I never tasted lobster because of a traumatic experience I had when I worked at Bob’s Clam Shack in 1974. The cook showed me how they baked stuff a live Lobster. I can’t get the image of a 1 1/2 pound lobster sliced and cracked down the middle with it’s claws wriggling and reaching for the sky for help. Oh the humanity.
I vote for boiling. The torture begins at the 2:03 mark. https://youtu.be/EDroWiWyXFM
