Thanks they are a very pretty! Now in Northern NM I remember we had lots of oak up in the Carson National Forrest above El Rito -Northern NM mountains beautiful hardwood tree and the wood was a long burner in wood stove but would send a jolt up your arm while chopping it when collected even fallen wood recent anyway stays strong. I was 13-14 then Ouch on a cold day especially hands and arms 🙂 Dave
