    1. Thanks Donna! And thanks for playing along. Simply by ‘liking’ this post, you are entered into our contest. 🙂 Nominate your ‘favorite fisherman’ or tell us a positive ‘fisherman story’ for additional entries. The winner will be drawn Friday after 5 pm. Good luck! >

  1. Thanks Joey C. for sharing our GloucesterTEASE T-shirt contest with GoodMorningGloucester. For that, you earn an entry into our drawing! 🙂 Good Luck!

  2. Karen,

Great saying and thank you also for everything you do that way! These were tough to catch at times off the break-wall lanes cove I usually got the line stuck dragging the bottom and come up empty handed (flounder) except for cunners they would bit at anything most time :-O 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂

    1. Thanks Dave! I bet you miss fishing in Gloucester. I can just see you standing at the wall watching beautiful sunsets from there. For you comment, you get an entry into our T-shirt Contest. 🙂 For more chances to win, if you’re on FB go to the GloucesterTEASE page, https://www.facebook.com/GloucesterTEASE/ and either ‘like’ a comment or share the page for more entries (up to 3 total.) Thanks for playing! Happy, healthy and joyous New Year to you and Kim!

      1. Karen same to you!

I do miss the foundation and people big time! It’s great to see of all things that change in life it remains and that’s special! Thanks

Karen very kind comments the addition of the American flag on top of break-wall is great too! I had a facebook account many moons ago but closed it…

Thanks for al you do! 🙂 Dave

  3. Hey Joey C. and FOB, someone just asked if they can nominate lobstermen as well as fisherman? What do you think?? I’m inclined to say ‘yes,’ but wondered what those of you in the business would say. Also, keep in mind that GloucesterTEASE will have a lobster-related shirt in the coming months. For each new apparel item there will be a contest for a FREE shirt, ‘Just for the Halibut,’ and for the FUN of it. 🙂

  4. I vote for Tommy Testeverde Sr. The Testeverde family have been fishing for generations. The Midnight Sun is one of the most beautiful boats in the Gloucester fleet. The family takes pride is keeping it in ship shape. RIP Joey T. We all miss you!!!

  5. Nice G.L.! Thanks for entering our contest. And G.L., for your nomination and positive story about this Gloucester fishing family, you get 2 entries into our contest. Since you are not on FB G.L. we’ll post a mention of this on our FB page along with a photo of the Midnight Sun.

Thanks to G.L., Tommy T. Sr. and the Testeverde family for all your hard work!

G.L. – you can earn a 3rd entry by liking this post here on GMG, or share with friends via email to have them join in the fun and a ‘salute’ to the Gloucester Fishing Industry.

    Good Luck in the Contest!
