Actually ten pound and five pound (state fish pier) islands will be under water when that time comes. Best to buy some water front property at the end of Gee Ave or on Rocky pasture Rd.
Nice touch with the palm trees !! Can anyone remind me of the name of the rock that sticks up on the west side of the island, just opposite the lighthouse?
