I'm Marty Luster, a retired attorney and politician. In 2010 my wife, mother-in-law, dog and I relocated from Central NY to Gloucester. I hope my photographs and poetry(?) reflect my love for this place and her people. Best things in life are free Marty! Thanks Marty poems and photo’s allow us to drift way from the pain of today. Fred’s spirit, like many that ways are poems in themselves on the path of life. It’s funny as you get older all the things the folks told you as teens make so much sense now!
A most needed journey and lesson to always carry within and never forget (traditions and the old ways foundations to build upon)!
Messengers and dreams are like the wind as told here. The wind is your life. It is all things that happen between the time that you are born and the time that you go home. Elegant spirits don’t know what will come up next, the same way that Hawks don’t know which way the wind will blow next. This doesn’t bother them because they don’t try to control their lives any more than Hawks try to control the wind.
– As told By Little Hawk (Usti Towodi and U the Strong Hearted People).
