Best cell reception in my house? Sitting in the chair at the head of the dining room table! And that only applies to AT&T. All other carriers, forget about it!

For years I endured Verizon’s lies about having cell coverage in Gloucester. Finally, I took it to the top, forced an evaluation and got the tech to admit that there is only marginal coverage here and that, I believe, is a stretch. Out of my Verizon contract, I discovered that Gloucester does have coverage through AT&T, but West Gloucester is still sketchy. Verizon over the years claimed the following (all real): 1) “The equipment is not intended for indoor use.” 2) “You live on an island surrounded by water which deflects the cell signals.” and 3) “It’s all the granite interfering with the cell signals.” My questions is: Why can’t we all band together and sue for years of paying bills for NO service? I believe it is time we get our money back damn it!
