Sorry to keep harping in on this topic, but there was mention of the programs to replace people’s light bulbs, do energy audits, etc. for free.
It’s not free, you are already paying for it in your energy bills.
Look at your NGrid bill and you fill find one category of charges called “energy efficiency charge” at 0.952 cents/kwh. That’s almost 1 penny on every kwh that you use, and it goes to pay for these programs.
Everyone is already paying for these services, it’s crazy if they don’t take advantage of them.

No residential experience, I am currently looking at installing a 450kw system (about an acre of panels) at an industrial location in the Salem area.
