What is going on with my DCS/Fisher Paykel appliance’s?
The timing of this couldn’t have come at a worse time of year. This is the season to bake, and prepare for the holidays. The time of year my kitchen gets the most use. I absolutely love my DCS/ Fisher Paykal appliances, they are by far my most favorite and most used appliance’s in my kitchen…they were my Best friends throughout the creation of my cookbook “Gifts of Gold In A Sicilian Kitchen With Sista Felicia; Harvest.” After hours of reaserch and several phone calls, per the recommendation of DCS, St. Barry took the control panel out of the ovens yesterday and shipped it off to DCS for service,….and we can’t find anyone in our area to service the grill or dishwasher. DCS/FISHER PAYKAL Please HELP!!!!!

We purchased all the Kitchen appliances locally at Doyons, under the assumption that buying local came with the perk of a good old fashion customer service relationship that included local service and maintenance. Unfortunately within 2 years after our purchases Doyons not only stop servicing them, but stopped carrying parts for them too. We were shocked and disappointed when they directed us to seek assistance directly from DCS & Fisher Paykal, to purchase a new set of cast iron cooktop fixtures, and future help with maintenance or repair on our high end appliances.

So sorry to hear this see you got the board out (brain) sometimes its solder lose or transistor on this board…I wish I knew something about this but I don’t…lots of testing to isolate the problem and could be a quick fix too! This is a heavy duty stove for sure and to a professional Chef-Cook even more so! Best of luck getting this back on-line quickly! Dave:-( & Kim…:-(

Felicia, mark Sherman has fixed my DCS/Fisher oven and many other appliances. His # is: 781-662-4576. We live in Melrose. Mark is really competent and nice. Good luck!
