While talking with Thom Falzarano the other day, he was saying how much he was enjoying photographing up in New Hampshire where there was rusted old farm equipment and grazing horses to photograph. Although these are grazing donkeys, not horses (I know my barn animals) – that is a cool old rusted piece of farm equipment, and they are right here in Gloucester. Does anyone know where?

All answers are correct. The photos were taken from both Ramparts Field Road and Fort Hill Ave. on Eastern Point.

It amazes me how much undeveloped land there is in East Gloucester. It just adds another dimension to the beauty of the area.

And beautiful pastoral pics by the way!

I was really surprised when I walked out Fort Hill and then found Ramparts Field Road. I had no idea there was such a large field and wooded area out there, or that Eastern Point was that wide an area.

Must add this to our walk list! Such a pretty spot on a fall day.

Yes, definitely! It was a section of Eastern Point I had never explored before (had attempted once before, but a coyote made me turn back). This time I went with a friend, so wasn’t as concerned about a coyote encounter.
