Weekend Cancellations as of Wed 3:17PM

Good afternoon,
 
With the hurricane roaring in tomorrow, we
have some schedule changes for the Schooner Festival:
1)     The
Mayor’s Reception is cancelled.
2)     The
small boat races scheduled for Saturday will be cancelled at the Saturday
morning skipper’s meeting and not rescheduled.
3)     The
fireworks and lighted boat parade have been cancelled (Barry Pett).
4)     We
will make a call on running the Schooner race on Sunday at the Sunday morning
Skipper’s meeting.  Monday will be the alternate date.
5)     The
awards banquet (captains and crew only) will take place Sunday night as scheduled.
6)     The
Essex Frame-Up will take place on Monday
