(FOX25, myfoxboston) – High school football season has come to an end and now it’s time to name our “Team Player of the Year”. We’ve selected ten players from Eastern Massachusetts, who appeared on FOX 25 this season, and shined above the rest on the High School Gridirion.
It’s now up to you to vote for who you think should be the 2009 High School Friday “Team Player of the Year.”
Every Christmastime Tony Gross, the skipper of the lobsterboat F/V Sandollar makes a ridiculous number of Swedish Coffee Bread loaves and gives them out to friends. I made the mistake and called it Nisu but because the recipe comes from an elder in Tony’s family he insists it be called Swedish Coffee Bread.
It’s delicious and best eaten within a day of cooking. I sure am glad I’m on the list of those who get one every year!
I know I seem like I’ve been harping on it for teh past week but I still can’t believe how many treasures are to be discovered from Gloucester’s past at The Cape Ann Museum.
For any of you that have relatives in warm climates you may want to send them a link to Good Morning Gloucester to show them what fun they are missing!
