Good Morning Gloucester 
The Pier 58 video is scary for Gloucester. The geography of nowhere. An office building on the outside and looks like a shopping mall on the inside. Look at it – what marks it as being a fishing town with history?

One of the things that is most valuable about Gloucester is that it looks iconic. This out of scale, too big building changes the view of our town. It especially changes the view looking at Gloucester from the water. You no longer see the downtown or City Hall from the water. It looks like a big box.
