Free Streaming Nia, Restorative Yoga and Moving to Heal Classes via Zoom with Linda for the Week of March 21st

Cape Ann Wellness

Current Nia Routine: Beatles

If you are like me, you love to sing along to the Beatles’ music and of course, dance! Here is your chance to have a little dance party with all the music you love, like Hey Jude, Revolution, Lady Madonna and more.

We will take the movements from our latest routine and put them to the fun sounds of the Fab Four (Ringo, John, Paul and George not Harry, Meghan, Kate and William).

Moving to Heal NEW TIME Thursdays at 1:30 PM

Moving to Heal Nia is a slower, less intensive class with less standing and more done in the chair. Great for people with injuries or conditions that make it hard to participate in a classic Nia class. Also good for people getting back into exercise. Essex Seafood With A Visitor

My sister returned to Gloucester after a long absence and we stopped at Essex Seafood along 133 in Essex for lunch. It was a gorgeous day and this counter service icon of the North Shore seemed like the perfect choice for lunch. In addition to a variety of meals, they also have a small fish market open which I did not realize. I had a burger and my sister had a haddock boat, which she loved. We also got a take out sandwich. The outdoor seating tempted me, but it’s so pleasant inside that we ate at one of the inside tables. Business was steady but did not interfere with good service. If you haven’t tried the “new” Essex Seafood, now is a good time!
