Current Nia Routine: Beatles

If you are like me, you love to sing along to the Beatles’ music and of course, dance!  Here is your chance to have a little dance party with all the music you love, like Hey Jude, Revolution, Lady Madonna and more.
We will take the movements from our latest routine and put them to the fun sounds of the Fab Four (Ringo, John, Paul and George not Harry, Meghan, Kate and William).
Moving to Heal NEW TIME Thursdays at 1:30 PM

Moving to Heal Nia is a slower, less intensive class with less standing and more done in the chair. Great for people with injuries or conditions that make it hard to participate in a classic Nia class. Also good for people getting back into exercise. For more info on Moving to Heal, see the info and videos on my web site or click here

Plum Cove Beach on a Winter’s Day
It was a gorgeous but chilly day recently when I stopped by Plum Cove Beach to take a little walk. It seems everyone heeded the sign to leave behind only footprints……even the geese!
