The birds are getting together, and the sheet ice is off Niles Pond, but ice sculptures appeared overnight.

Cardinal calling for a mate
Bufflehead couple (he has a neck itch)
Crow kiss
Mallards have paired up
Ice forming on branches at edge of Niles Pond
Ice snail
Rakes
Ice webs
Waterfall
