I took Finn to lunch at Captain Carlos to see the Halloween Decorations on Sunday while Thatcher was off volunteering at the awesome City Hall Halloween Party!
They do a wonderful job of turning the restaurant into a treat for diners!

Glad to see the tradition lives on – always do the seasons full and never know who may drop in on you and serve sometimes dressed the part too!
