Great job on the research there – we raised our own and one thanksgiving had one for our turkey dinner a biggie so no injection. It is a bit hard to eat those you raise from chick/Poult but part of the big circle of life Shared a lot with neighbors to so worked out! There are a lot more today farm raised naturally also! Dave
