  1. Curiosity always get’s me on these stories of veterans. Pictures and words say it all Ted Williams one heck of a man and player 400. all years at Boston (1939 – 1960) interrupted by Korean War.

I have many years this way myself and have friends that have over 40 years or more here now! Many vets cannot believe how much it changed since the Korean War (The Forgotten War: Korea 1950) very hard and sad times! 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂

Williams trained in the U.S. and served in Korea as a Marine combat pilot. During the time, Williams served as wingman for future NASA astronaut and U.S. Sen. John Glenn.

Thanks Manuel keep up the great work!
